Vica Manos has worked in a variety of roles in the financial industry since 2010. Vica began their career as a VC at Anthemis Group SA, where they worked until 2020. Ryan Smith has been working in the field of business development since 2003. Ryan began their career as a Sales Director at Apple Computers/Comp USA in 2003. In 2005, they became the Founder/Head of Business Development at Satyrne Medical, a medical device start-up in cranio maxillo-facial products. In 2007, they became an Account Executive and Director of Sales and Marketing at PhDx Systems, where they recruited new customers and managed the sales process for software and IT services. In 2013, they became a Director of Business Development at MedAvante, where they managed US and OUS sales for a complete platform of signal detection solutions in CNS indications. In 2018, they became a Sr. Director of Strategic Solutions at AiCure, where they led all West Coast business development and managed customer relationships. In 2020, they became a SAAS Technology and Pharmacovigilance Specialist at Veeva Systems. In 2021, they became a Principal of Mobile Health Solutions at Medidata Solutions. Most recently, in 2023, they became the Vice President of Business Development at Novoic, where they work to drive easy and accurate diagnosis of neurological diseases.

Ryan Smith completed a Certificate- Building Organizational Cultures: A Framework for Leaders from Harvard Extension School in 2020. In 2008, they completed Public Speaking and Sales from Dale Carnegie Training in the field of Communication. From 2004 to 2007, they earned a Masters of Business from UNM Anderson School of Management in Technology Development. Lastly, they completed a Bachelor of Communications from The University of New Mexico in 2004, majoring in Journalism.

Jack Weston is currently the Co-Founder and CTO at [Novoic](/org/novoic). Prior to that, they were at [Entrepreneur First](/org/entrepreneur-first) from March 2019 to September 2019, where they were EF LD12. Before that, they were an intern at J.P. Morgan from June 2014 to September 2014 in the UK Investment Banking Division (Cazenove) and was offered a full-time Analyst position. Jack was also previously the President at [CapitOx](/org/capitox) from June 2013 to January 2014.

Jack Weston has a PhD in Particle Physics from the [University of Cambridge](/org/university-of-cambridge) and a Master of Physics from the [University of Oxford](/org/university-of-oxford). Jack is currently a professor at the [University of Oxford](/org/university-of-oxford) and is also a research fellow at the Cambridge Institute for Theoretical Cosmology.

Emil Fristed is the current CEO of [Novoic](/org/novoic) and was formerly an assistant research scientist at the [University of Oxford](/org/university-of-oxford). Emil has also worked as an instructor teaching assistant at Aarhus University and as an academic coach at Marselisborg Gymnasium. Emil Fristed has a passion for understanding how sensory systems compute and investigating the principle of temporal prediction in recurrent neural networks. Emil is also known for developing a new pitching-based method of repetition that was very positively evaluated by students.

Emil Fristed has an educational background in computational neuroscience and molecular medicine. Emil has a bachelor's degree from Aarhus University and a master's degree from the [University of Oxford](/org/university-of-oxford). Emil is currently doing research in the field of neuroscience at the Anders Nykjær Group.

Márton Mészáros is the current COO at [Novoic](/org/novoic). Prior to this, they were an investor at [Entre](/org/entre)preneur First (EF) from April 2019 to September 2019. At EF, Márton helped build over 200 companies and raised over $1.6 billion in investment funding. Some of EF's most notable exits include Magic Pony, led by Rob Bishop and Zehan Wang, which was acquired by Twitter for a reported $150 million only 18 months after the founders met on the EF programme.

Márton Mészáros is a medical doctor who graduated from Semmelweis University. Márton also has a Bachelor of Science in Bioprocessing of New Medicines (Business & Management) from UCL.

Caroline Skirrow is a Senior Scientist at [Novoic](/org/novoic) with over eight years of experience in cognitive assessments and data analysis. Caroline has a Ph.D. in Psychology from UCL and has worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at both UCL and Cambridge Cognition Plc. In their current role, Caroline is responsible for the analysis and reporting of results from technology-assisted cognitive assessments in a variety of clinical conditions. Caroline has also authored several reports for publication. Caroline is skilled in data analysis, report writing, and project management.

Caroline Skirrow has a PhD in Social, Genetic and Developmental Psychiatry from [King's College London](/org/kings-college-london). Caroline also has an MSc in Cognitive Neuropsychology from UCL, and a BSc in Psychology from the [University of York](/org/university-of-york).

Udeepa Meepegama is a research engineer at [Novoic](/org/novoic).
