Phil Rozenski

VP of Public Affairs at Novolex

Phil Rozenski is the current VP of Public Affairs at Novolex. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Global Logistics Call Center at the United States Air Force from January 2003 to May 2007. In this role, they were responsible for managing a global e-commerce call center of more than 80 technicians and ensuring 24/7 inventory management, order fulfillment, retail sale of aircraft spare parts, and customer service.

From March 2002 to September 2002, Rozenski served as an Adjunct Professor at Central Texas College, where they were selected to teach undergraduate management and leadership courses. Phil then went on to serve as Senior Audit Manager/Treaty Compliance Officer at NATO from December 2001 to January 2003. In this role, they led a multi-national team responsible for auditing ERP systems, shipping and receiving processes, documentation processes, and physical inventory across 100 warehouses in Bosnia.

In May 2019, Rozenski became President and CEO of the Campaign for Recycling and the Environment, a position they held until March 2022. Phil has also served as Adjunct Professor of Business at McKendree University from November 2008 to November 2009.

They are on a team with and Erik Gonring - Director of Sustainability. Phil Rozenski reports to Matthew Winokur, SVP of Corporate Affairs.
