Christian Pohlmann has a diverse work experience. Christian started in 2008 at Deutsche Telekom Kundenservice GmbH, initially working in customer service before becoming an expert in quality assurance and monitoring. In 2014, they transitioned to Gelszus Messe-Marktforschung, where they worked as a student employee and assistant to the project manager. In 2016, they joined Zetes as a project manager and business analyst. Since 2018, Christian has been working at novomind AG. Christian has held multiple roles, including IT project manager and head of team eCom, deputy director, and project lead for customer service software.
Christian Pohlmann obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration from AKAD University between 2010 and 2015. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2008, they attended Deutsche Telekom AG's Telekom Training, where they pursued a degree in Kaufmann für Bürokommunikation.
