Fabiola Guerrero is a Senior Innovation Portfolio Specialist at Novonesis, with a diverse background in food innovation and quality control. Previous roles include Change Management Specialist and Global QC Specialist at Chr. Hansen, and Quality Specialist at True Gum, where Fabiola contributed to achieving IFS Global Market certification. Fabiola also has experience in professional kitchen management as a Chef at Cadence and served as a Production Assistant while pursuing an MSc. at the University of Copenhagen. The MSc. thesis focused on market viability for tempeh in Denmark, complemented by research on plant-based protein quality. Fabiola founded Food for Life, providing nutrition counseling and managing all operations. Fabiola holds a Master's in Food Innovation and Health and two degrees in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Costa Rica.
