Marta Petersen

Marta Petersen is an experienced professional in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and compliance, currently serving as the Global QMS Performance and Compliance Lead at Novonesis since January 2024. With a history at Chr. Hansen as a Quality Systems Project Manager since November 2020, Marta has led significant IT QMS implementations and projects related to nonconformance reporting. Prior experience includes a Quality Manager role at Novozymes, where Marta established quality assurance frameworks and conducted audits, as well as various positions at Chr. Hansen focused on change control and equipment qualification. Marta's educational background includes a PhD in Food Science from the University of Copenhagen and an MSc in Environmental Protection from Warsaw University of Life Sciences.
