Massimo Nurisso is a seasoned professional in the dairy industry, currently serving as Head of Sales for Dairy at Novonesis since January 2024. Prior to this role, Massimo held the position of Business Manager for Dairy Cultures & Enzymes at Novonesis, following a lengthy tenure at Chr. Hansen from August 2012 to January 2024 as Business Manager for Cultures & Enzymes in the Dairy sector. Earlier experience includes a role as GKA Innovation Coordinator and Application Specialist for Cheese at DuPont from November 2005 to August 2012. Massimo holds a University Degree in Animal Productions from Università degli Studi di Torino, completed between 1995 and 1999.
