Ridhima Kapur

Ridhima Kapur is a seasoned sustainability professional with extensive experience in commercial sustainability and analytics. Currently serving as the Head of Commercial Sustainability at Novonesis since May 2024, Ridhima previously held the same title at Novozymes from January 2014 to May 2024, where responsibilities included leading a team of specialists, implementing agile workflows, and enhancing sustainability integration across multiple business units. Ridhima has also had roles such as Venture Lead for Companion Animals, where strategic assessments led to significant business opportunities and sales oversight in pet health. Educational qualifications include an MA in International Development Studies from the Elliott School of International Affairs and a BSc in International Business from Copenhagen Business School, complemented by experiences at institutions like George Washington University and various internships.
