Sandra Lange

Sandra Lange is an accomplished Project Manager and Senior HRIS Specialist with a strong background in Human Capital Management. Currently at Novonesis, Sandra focuses on the implementation of Workday, overseeing all aspects from planning to user adoption. Prior experience includes roles at Chr. Hansen Holding A/S and PwC, where responsibilities included project management and HR business partnership. Previous positions at Maersk Drilling and Imerco involved managing cultural diversity and leading internal HR projects, respectively. Sandra holds a cand.merc. degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School and has completed a course in Agile Project Management.
