Theis Bacher

Theis Bacher currently serves as Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage Biosolutions for North America at Novonesis, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, extensive experience was gained at Chr. Hansen Holding A/S from September 2008 to January 2024, where positions ranged from Senior Vice President for North America to various leadership roles in sales and marketing, including Director of Sales & Business Development and Marketing Manager for Cheese Culture and Coagulants. Earlier career milestones include management roles at FOSS, GEA Niro Inc, and Dairy Farmers of America, culminating in a strong background in the dairy industry. Theis Bacher holds an HD in Økonomi from Copenhagen Business School, with additional educational experiences from the University of California, Riverside, and Den Kgl. Veterinær- og Landbohøjskole.
