Rincy John

Rincy John has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent services. Currently, they serve as a Talent Services Specialist - APAC at Procore Technologies. Prior to this, Rincy worked at Novotech, where they held various roles such as Team Lead HR Operations, Human Resources Specialist, Senior Human Resources Coordinator, and Human Resources Coordinator. Before joining Novotech, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Forever 21. Rincy's earlier experience includes working at Nokia, where they held positions such as WTR/RMT Key User and Resource Management Specialist.

Rincy John completed their Bachelor's degree in Microbiology at Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2000. Rincy then pursued a Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources at Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2012 to 2015.
