Sahil Sethi

Sahil Sethi serves as the Information Technology Operations Team Lead at Novotech since December 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing the IT Service Desk team to enhance support quality and optimize service delivery. Prior to this role, Sahil held the position of Senior Information Technology Specialist, demonstrating expertise in IT security, network administration, and system integrity monitoring, among other areas. From December 2019 to November 2020, Sahil worked as an Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist at Saisis Technologies, managing various aspects of system maintenance and IT infrastructure operations. Earlier experience includes serving as an Information Technology Support Specialist at Beno Support Technologies Pvt. Ltd from June 2014 to May 2017, focusing on troubleshooting and customer support.
