Valerie Shaw

Valerie Shaw is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in medical monitoring and safety management. Currently serving as the Director of the Medical Monitoring Department at Novotech since October 2021, Valerie has previously operated as a self-employed consultant from August 2010 to October 2021. Valerie's experience includes a tenure as a Board Member at Gippsland Grammar School (April 2013 - April 2021) and a role as a Clinical Safety Physician Consultant at CSL Behring (November 2018 - December 2020). Prior to these positions, Valerie held various leadership roles at Pfizer, including Director of Safety and Risk Management and Director of Study and Data Management, and contributed to Drug Development as European Clinical Team Leader and Area Medical Director for South Africa. Valerie's career began at Eli Lilly and Company as a Clinical Research Physician from April 1994 to October 1996.
