Karla García Cruz has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, currently serving as the Head of Mexico Operations at Novum Energy since September 2017. Previous roles include Commercial Manager and Mexico Operations Manager at Novum Energy, where Karla excelled in supply optimization, market analysis, and strategic decision-making, achieving significant improvements in key performance indicators. Prior to Novum Energy, Karla held positions at MRI Andina Trade, Trafigura, and Expeditors, gaining expertise in operations coordination, inventory management, and customer service. Karla’s academic credentials include a CSCP designation from APICS Mexico Chapter and degrees in Traffic, Customs and Transportation Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana and International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
