Wolfgang Stephan

Wolfgang Stephan has over 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Wolfgang is currently working as the Director of Sales at NOVUM Hospitality since August 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at Choice Hotels Europe, including Global Account Manager, Key Account Director, and Manager of Global Sales Corporate, from September 2007 to April 2021. Before joining Choice Hotels Europe, they worked as a Sales Manager for Sorat from March 2005 to September 2007 and as a Regional Sales Manager for NH Hoteles from March 2002 to March 2005.

Wolfgang Stephan attended Fachhochschule Biberach from 1987 to 1989, where they pursued studies in Trade and Marchant. Wolfgang obtained a degree from this institution. In addition to their formal education, Wolfgang Stephan has also earned certifications in Leadership from Novum Hospitality School in February 2023 and in Social Selling from Phocus Direct Communication GmbH in December 2022.
