Pleurat Halili

Pleurat Halili is the CEO of NOVUS, a position held since July 2012. Previous experience includes serving as Associate Director of Market Strategy and Analysis at UBS from September 2011 to July 2012, and as a Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton in early 2011. Pleurat also worked as a Consultant with the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation from September 2007 to September 2009, and as a Program Officer at the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights between November 2007 and December 2008. Earlier roles include working as a Policy Assistant at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees from March 2005 to November 2007. Pleurat Halili holds an MPA in Economic Policy and an MPA in Public Administration from Columbia University, completed in 2011, and a BA in Political Science and International Studies from Graceland University, obtained in 2005.
