Dan Zinck has over 30 years of work experience in the agricultural industry. Dan is currently the VP of Agronomy Services at Novus Ag since December 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Commercial Lead at Innovative Seed Solutions LLC from July 2019 to December 2019. From 2016 to 2019, they were the CEO of Innovative Seed Solutions, where they successfully built a sorghum breeding and licensing company operating in multiple countries. Before that, they held various roles at Monsanto Company, including Brand Lead, National Tech Development Director, Regional Agronomy Lead, Area Technology Development Manager, Learning Center Manager, and Technical Development Manager. Dan started their career as a Tech Service Rep at American Cyanamid Company in 1989. Throughout their career, Zinck has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in marketing, production, product advancement, distribution strategy, supply management, and sales in the agricultural sector.

Dan Zinck completed their education with a High School degree from Okawville High School in 1983. Dan then pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Agricultural Business and Management from Kaskaskia College, graduating in 1985. Following that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Plant and Soil Science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in 1987. Lastly, they earned a Master's degree in Weed Science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in 1988.
