Bilal Nisar

Bilal Nisar is an experienced design professional currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Kosmic AI, focusing on enhancing product design for video professionals and content creators. Prior experience includes roles as Design Manager at Novus and Head of Design at XiSYS, where Bilal restructured the design team and significantly improved product development processes, resulting in substantial user acquisition growth. As Head of Design at Synavos, Bilal collaborated with stakeholders to establish the company’s brand identity, while at Crewlogix Technologies, Bilal built a creative department and managed multiple teams over an eight-year tenure. Early career roles included positions at Ebryx SMC and Beaconhouse Group, where Bilal contributed to user experience design and graphic design, respectively.
