Maria Burt

Maria Burt has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in human resources and talent management. Maria currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Novus International, Inc. since April 2020. Prior to this, they held roles such as Sr. Director of Talent Management & Business Partnership, Director of Global OD & Talent Management, and Global Director of Human Resources at Novus International. Maria also has experience in global assignment consulting at Sirva Relocation and as a Consultant-Project Manager at Syllogisteks. Maria started their career as the Managing Director of EAW Language Consultants, where they provided translation, interpretation, cross-cultural training, language instruction, and relocation services to multinational companies.

Maria Burt completed their B.A in Management/Marketing from Webster University from 2003 to 2005. Maria then pursued their Masters in Human Resources Management from Webster University from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, Maria attended Universidade Católica de São Paulo to study English Language and Literature, but did not complete their degree.
