Ryan Smith

Ryan Smith has extensive experience in global supply chain and procurement, currently serving as the Executive Director of Global Supply Chain at Novus International, Inc. since March 2012. Prior roles at Sigma-Aldrich from September 1999 to March 2012 included Director of US Procurement and Real Estate, where Ryan led the strategic procurement of $500M across multiple US production sites, and Manager of Procurement, driving $200M in expenditures. Additional responsibilities in early career roles involved supervising teams and improving procurement processes, leading to significant cost reductions. Ryan began professional career as Center Manager at Plasma Biological Services. Ryan holds a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
