Tuan Tran

Tuan Tran, PhD, P.Eng., is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in telecommunications and engineering design. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Novus Technical Services since July 2018, Tuan previously held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Kentz - Member of the SNC Lavalin Group, where leadership encompassed a multidisciplinary engineering team for large telecom projects. Tuan's career spans roles in various esteemed organizations, including SNC-Lavalin T&D as Telecom Team Lead and post-doctoral research at McGill University, alongside significant contributions in teaching and research during tenure at the University of Calgary and Asian Institute of Technology. Tuan holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunications from the University of Calgary, complemented by an M.Eng. from the Asian Institute of Technology and a B.Sc. from Hanoi University of Technology.
