Tatiane Araujo Lopes

Tatiane Araujo Lopes has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Tatiane started their career in 2009 at ISS Latin America as a Senior Technical Analyst, where they worked until 2014. During this time, they gained expertise in data links, dedicated IPs, VPNs, frame relay, and fiber optic and metallic cabling.

In 2014, Tatiane joined Atento as a Telecommunications Analyst, where they were responsible for analyzing and implementing fiber optic cabling projects. Tatiane also managed a team and collaborated with clients to meet product installation deadlines. Tatiane's role included building internal partnerships and serving as a liaison between the Business and Customer departments.

From 2017 to 2018, Tatiane worked at Tel Telecomunicações Ltda. as a Back Office specialist. In this position, they negotiated and managed fiber optic cabling projects, ensuring adherence to contractual deadlines and financial targets. Tatiane also conducted project studies to guarantee compliance with standards and punctuality.

Tatiane joined Telefônica Brasil in 2009 as a Pleno Analyst, where they focused on software development projects. Tatiane supported the team, controlled deadlines for functional tests, and participated in project development and definition meetings. Tatiane stayed with the company until 2019.

From 2019 to 2020, Tatiane worked at Vogel Telecom as a Project Manager. Tatiane oversaw various projects and ensured their successful completion within specific timeframes.

Currently, Tatiane is employed as a Project and Process Manager at Novvacore Telecom, a position they started in November 2020.

Throughout their career, Tatiane has demonstrated skills in project management, process optimization, team leadership, and customer relations. Tatiane has a strong technical background in telecommunications and a proven track record of delivering successful results.

Tatiane Araujo Lopes has a varied education history. In 2015-2018, they attended Sumaré, where they obtained a degree in Secretariado Executivo Bilíngue (Bilingual Executive Secretarial). In 2019, they studied Gerenciamento Escopo de Projetos e Processos (Project Scope and Process Management) at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. In the same year, they also completed a short-term course in Projetos Ágeis e Scrum (Agile Projects and Scrum) at IWF Consultoria e Treinamento.

In 2021, Tatiane attended Dinamica Group Treinamentos, where they pursued various specialized courses, including Scrum, Green Belt, Power BI, Minitab, and Mapeamento de processos BMPn (BMPn Process Mapping). Additionally, they have been enrolled in Vibes Inglês since 2021, focusing on Ensino de Inglês como Segundo Idioma (Teaching English as a Second Language).

Moreover, in 2017-2018, Tatiane studied Gestão (Management) with an emphasis on Liderança Organizacional (Organizational Leadership) at Fatec Barueri. Despite not attaining a degree in Scrum/Green Belt/Power BI/Minitab/Mapeamento de processos BMPn, they acquired knowledge in these areas through their training in 2021.
