Gabrielle Kershaw

Gabrielle Kershaw is an experienced engineer specializing in research and development, quality assurance, and analytical chemistry. Currently serving as an R&D Packaging Engineer at Now Foods since December 2022, Gabrielle previously held roles at cGMP Consulting Inc. as Site Manager and Validation Engineer, where responsibilities included authoring qualification and commissioning protocols for pharmaceutical packaging and leading cross-functional teams. Prior experience includes working as an Analytical Chemist Temp at Johnson Matthey, conducting analyses for precious metals, and engaging in various research internships at institutions like Rutgers University and the University of Iowa. Gabrielle earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Iowa's College of Engineering in 2019. In addition to technical expertise, Gabrielle demonstrated leadership as President of the National Society of Black Engineers, organizing professional development events and collaborations with campus organizations.
