Cassie Reppart

Cassie Reppart is an experienced engineer currently serving as an R&D Packaging Engineer, Human Factors Engineer, and Mechanical Engineer at Bayer since June 2020. Prior to this role, Cassie worked as a Biomedical Engineering Research Assistant at Penn State University, focusing on experimental flow measurement techniques in the Artificial Heart and Cardiovascular Fluid Dynamics Lab. Significant contributions included developing real-time thrombus detection methods and simulating blood flow. In addition, Cassie gained experience as a Process Engineering Intern at M&T Bank, where responsibilities involved improving company processes through collaboration with department leads and managing procedural documentation. Cassie holds a degree from Grove City College and completed secondary education at Grand Island Senior High School.
