Charlotte Pratley

Charlotte Pratley has a diverse work experience in the field of customer and data analytics. Charlotte is currently working at NOW Money as the Head of Customer and Analytics, a role they took on in January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Marketing and Analytics Manager at NOW Money from June 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining NOW Money, Charlotte worked at National Express LTD as an Insight Manager from January 2020 to June 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Insight Analyst from September 2018 to January 2020 at the same company.
