Lukana Justin

Lukana Justin is the SVP of Marketing and joined the company in March 2019. Justin oversees the Now Optics brand portfolio, communication strategy, creative, media planning/buying, digital marketing, and e-commerce. She leads an in-house team to develop strategies that drive customer growth and deliver on our company mission of Making Eye Care Easy. She is responsible for establishing the company’s brand positioning and value proposition.

Prior to joining Now Optics, Justin was Vice President of Marketing, Brand, and Customer Strategy for Office Depot, Inc. where she focused on building relevant brand experiences for nearly 10 years across various roles. She led Creative services, managed marketing for all Tech brands, implemented new omnichannel functionality, and successfully rebuilt the company’s loyalty program, increasing customer value and retention.

She also worked with Macy’s, Florida division, for 7 years where she led Media Effectiveness, Database Marketing, and Credit Loyalty and launched the most successful Macy’s Private Brand marketing campaign of all Macy’s divisions setting the go-forward standard.

Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Florida. Outside of work, Justin enjoys seeking new adventures and traveling with her family.
