Karl Ruiter

Karl Ruiter is a Senior Project Manager at Nowak & Fraus Engineers, specializing in civil engineering, landscape architecture, and planning, with a focus on public and private recreation opportunities in Michigan. Additionally, Karl serves as a Project Manager at Havel, overseeing project management for the Michigan region.
