Paulo de Tarso is an experienced advisor and partner currently engaged with multiple companies, including Talento Sênior, Método Santé, and Trê Investindo com Causa, among others. Notably, Paulo has been a partner at BLU365 since its inception from O Kitado in February 2014 and serves as a partner at XLZ | Antecipação de Recebíveis since June 2018. Additionally, Paulo held significant roles at Neon as both Advisor and Chief Risk Officer until December 2023 and served as a Strategic Advisor at Cignifi Inc. and Banco Original between 2012 and 2016.
