Adam Goodman

Adam Goodman has held various roles in the tech industry since 2008. Adam started their career as a Senior Strategy Manager at TELUS in 2008, followed by a Senior Product Manager, Innovation role at AVG in 2011. In 2012, they were Director, New Markets at Secunia, then moved to Intel Corporation as Director Product Management & Strategy in 2013. Adam then joined McAfee as Director, Product Management in 2013, where they drove the business unit strategy and product strategy for a $1B business, and brought to market a new introduction to home network security. In 2016, they moved to Umbra as VP Marketing and successfully drove the ecommerce P&L from $9M to over $50M. In 2019, they returned to McAfee as Senior Director of Product Management, leading a team of 15 product managers to grow the mobile and connected home portfolio over 30% YoY. In 2020, they joined GFI Software as Vice President of Product Management, leading the product management, engineering, and sales engineering teams and creating the 3 year product strategy and roadmap. Finally, in 2021, they moved to Invicti Security as Vice President of Product Management and is currently Senior Vice President Product at NowSecure.

Adam Goodman completed a Digital Marketing degree from Columbia Business School in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate of Integrative Thinking from the Rotman School of Management in 2010. In 2004-2006, they obtained an MBA from Schulich School of Business - York University, with a specialization in Strategic Management. Adam also obtained an MBA from York University during the same period. In 1998-2002, they completed a BA in Computer and Information Science from the University of Guelph. Additionally, Adam Goodman holds certifications in Product Strategy from Kellogg Executive Education (2020), Professional Scrum Product Owner from Scrum.org (2020), Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance (2014), Practical Product Management from Pragmatic Marketing (2011), and Integrative Thinking Certificate from Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto (2011).
