Estefano Valdez

Estefano Valdez has a strong background in software development and engineering. Estefano began their career as a Developer at QBE Seguros Colonial in 2013, where they worked until 2015. Estefano then briefly joined Liberty Mutual Insurance as an IT Analyst before returning to QBE Seguros Colonial as a Senior Developer. In 2018, Estefano joined Zurich Insurance Company Ltd as a Senior Developer before moving on to Quiena Inversiones in 2019, where they worked as a Technical Lead until 2022. Currently, Estefano is working as a Back End Engineer at Nowsta.

Estefano Valdez obtained a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Colegio Britanico Internacional in 2010. From 2010 to 2016, they attended Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador, where they earned an Engineer's degree in Computer Engineering. In 2015, they obtained the Oracle Database 11g: SQL Fundamentals I certificate from Oracle. In 2016, they completed the Leadership: Ten Rules for Impact and Meaning course from NovoEd. From 2018 to 2020, Estefano Valdez pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Maestría y Especialización en Gestión Estratégica de Sistemas y Tecnologías de la Información at the University of Buenos Aires. In August 2020, they obtained the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf.
