Ryan Marshall has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Ryan currently serves as the Chief of Staff at Nowsta, a leading AI-driven flex workforce management software and on-demand talent marketplace. In this role, Ryan is responsible for automating processes like sourcing, scheduling, time-tracking, communications, and payments.

Prior to their current position, Ryan worked at Famer as the VP of Revenue and Operations, where they played a vital role in onboarding and selling to over 50 organizations and 10,000 users. Ryan conducted investment pitches, developed sales strategies, and oversaw the commercial department.

Before joining Famer, Ryan worked at Intent as a Strategic Partnerships Manager, where they significantly grew the client portfolio revenue by 300% and managed and sold SaaS data analytics and media technology solutions.

Ryan also has experience as a Co-Founder and COO at Spotlight Partners, Inc., an Account Executive at Horizon Media, and a Regional Sales Executive at Booker Software, Inc. In these roles, they were responsible for managing accounts, developing business relationships, and conducting sales activities.

Additionally, Ryan has internship experience at MTV Networks, Viacom International Inc., and Cantor Commercial Real Estate (CCRE), Cantor Fitzgerald LP, where they gained valuable skills in underwriting loans and creating intricate real estate property databases.
