Tasha Hock has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership and talent acquisition roles. Tasha is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Nowsta. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at CrowdStreet, a leading online real estate investing platform. Before that, they worked at Y Scouts as a Practice Director and Leadership Search Director, where they helped organizations hire effectively and connect people with meaningful work. Tasha also gained experience as a Strategic Global HR Business Partner at Cargill and as a Manager of Employee Talent Acquisition at Thrivent Financial. Earlier in their career, they held positions at GovDelivery, McKinsey & Company, and National Pro Fastpitch. Tasha has a strong background in talent management, business growth, client service, employee development, and leadership.

Tasha Hock has a strong education background in the field of fine arts. Tasha obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree from Southwestern University, where they studied from 1985 to 1990. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at KATY High School from 1981 to 1985.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Tasha pursued further education and earned a Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) degree in Sculpture from Washington University in St. Louis. Tasha attended this institution from 1991 to 1993.

In addition to their formal education, Tasha Hock has also obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. Tasha completed the "Diversity Recruiting" certification from LinkedIn in October 2021. In June 2020, they obtained the "Introduction to Inclusive Talent Acquisition" certification from Perkins School for the Blind. Furthermore, in December 2019, they completed the "Business Writing for Social Media" certification offered by edX in collaboration with BerkeleyX.
