Viktor Nazarenko

Viktor Nazarenko has nearly two decades of work experience in the technology industry. Viktor is currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at Nowsta since November 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Chief Technology Officer at trendHERO starting from January 2017.

Before these roles, Viktor worked as a Lead Software Engineer at Sensor Tower from August 2021 to November 2022. Viktor also co-founded a startup in 2017, where they served as the CTO.

Their earlier experiences include working as the Head of Web Department at CustomerTimes from October 2013 to December 2016. Viktor worked as a Ruby on Rails developer at Railsware from May 2008 to October 2013. Viktor also worked as a Ruby on Rails developer and project manager at Svitlta Systems in early 2008.

Prior to that, they worked as a Ruby developer at Brainberry Agency in 2007. Viktor started their career as a .NET developer at EPAM Systems in August 2006. Before that, they served as a project lead at Mirasoft from April 2005 to July 2006.

With a diverse and extensive background in software engineering and leadership roles, Viktor brings valuable expertise to their current position as a Lead Software Engineer at Nowsta.

Viktor Nazarenko began their education at Ukraine, Kyiv, Lyceum 38 in 1995, where they completed their secondary education. Viktor then pursued higher education at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2000 to 2006. During this time, they earned a Master's degree in Applied mathematics with a specialization in Dedicated computer systems.
