Niklas Johansson

Niklas Johansson is an experienced professional in service management and consulting, currently serving as ServiceNow - Plattformsarkitekt and ServiceNow - Utvecklare HR Service Delivery at Saab since November 2020. As the founder and owner of SMICloud AB since June 2011, Niklas has delivered consulting services in ServiceNow, Service Management, and Project Management, along with developing a user-focused incident management tool offered as a cloud service. Previous roles include Change, Release, Incident, and Problem Manager at Anticimex AB, where Niklas designed and implemented ITIL processes, and various integration and project management positions at EVRY Sverige and NCC. Niklas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Cognitive Science from the University of Skövde.
