Aditi Dhadwaiwale

Aditi Dhadwaiwale's work experience begins in 2014 with an internship at GRASIM INDUSTRIES LIMITED. In 2015, they completed internships at Flavorite Technologies Pvt Ltd and the Indian Institute of Technology, Indore. From February to May 2017, they worked as a Math Instructor at Arizona State University: Veterans Upward Bound. Aditi then joined Heat and Control Inc. as an Engineering Intern from May to August 2017. In 2018, they started working at Heat and Control Inc. as a Design Engineer, where they proposed and tested parametric model designs and made improvements to food processing machine accessories. In 2019, Aditi became a Co-Founder at Just Engineering, where they contributed to the redesign of Looma, an educational tool. Aditi implemented all design phases, including material selection and prototyping. Aditi continued their work at Just Engineering until May 2022. Currently, they are a Founding Mechanical Engineer at Noya, starting in January 2022.

Aditi Dhadwaiwale pursued their education in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Aditi obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Medicaps Institute of Technology and Management between 2012 and 2016.

Additionally, Aditi has obtained certifications to enhance their skill set. Aditi completed the "Giving Your Elevator Pitch" certification from LinkedIn in January 2021. In April 2018, they obtained the LEED GA certification from the USGBC - National Capital Region Chapter.
