Mario Benjamin

Mario Benjamin is an accomplished Electrical Engineering Technician currently employed at Noya since February 2024. As Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Hella Coastal LLC., established in January 2020, Mario has successfully developed Oakland's sole black-owned brewery into a nationally recognized brand, emphasizing community engagement and diversity within the industry. Previous roles include Field Service Engineer at ATTAbotics Inc., Safety Engineering Technician at Parker Hannifin, and various positions at Bio-Rad Laboratories, where expertise in quality control and instrument service was gained. Additional experience includes working as an Engineering Technician at Leica Geosystems and Manufacturing Engineering Technician/Lead at Wavesplitter Technologies. Mario holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Heald College-Hayward.
