Andi Cook

Andi Cook has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Their most recent position was as an Onboarding Lead at Noyo, starting in 2022. Prior to that, Andi worked at Guaranteed Rate as a Director of IT Products and Programs, where they managed a team of Product Managers and Engineers and established team metrics for ongoing improvement. They also held the role of Manager of IT Program Management, overseeing project managers and strategic planning initiatives. Before joining Guaranteed Rate, Andi worked at Groupon as an IT Implementation Manager, managing the contact center SaaS stack strategy and financials. They also have experience in client implementation and account management roles at Yello.co and CareerBuilder, where they focused on onboarding and implementation processes. Andi began their career as a Client Services Assistant at Second City Communications and later worked as a Marketing Graduate Assistant at the Dean of Students Office, Illinois State University.

Andi Cook's education history includes a Master of Science in Communication from Illinois State University, obtained between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, Andi Cook completed a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations at the same university from 2003 to 2007.
