Learning Experience Designer at Nozomi Networks

Amy Vujanich has extensive work experience in various roles related to learning and development. Amy is currently employed at Nozomi Networks as a Learning Experience Designer since February 2022. Previously, they worked at Aqua Security as a Customer Education Lead from February 2020 to February 2022. Before that, they worked as a self-employed Instructional Design Consultant from November 2018 to February 2020.

Amy also has a long tenure at CA Technologies, where they worked as the API Academy / Lead API Educator from January 2013 to December 2018. Prior to that, they worked at The Active Network as a Talent Development Consultant from March 2012 to January 2013.

Their earlier career includes roles such as a Training Specialist at one45 Software from March 2010 to March 2012, a Learning Consultant at eBay/Paypal Inc from June 2005 to June 2009, a Training and Customer Care Manager at Intrawest from July 2001 to June 2005, an Account Executive at Microsphere Inc from January 2000 to January 2001, and an On-Board Services Manager at Delta Whistler Resort from January 1995 to January 1998.

Throughout their career, Amy has been involved in various responsibilities related to instructional design, training program development, trainer certification, onboarding, and customer education. Amy has built learning portals, delivered skill-building workshops, created web-based training programs, and provided ongoing consulting and coaching on training content design and delivery. Amy has also managed teams and implemented training strategies to support software updates, sales, and marketing initiatives.

Amy Vujanich completed their Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Environmental Geography at Queen's University, which they pursued from 1992 to 1997. In 2008 to 2009, they attended Vancouver Community College (VCC) and obtained a Diploma in Adult Education.
