Ty Raia has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ty most recently worked at Catalyst Software as a Customer Success Coach for the Catalyst Coaching Corner program. Prior to that, they held the position of Leader of Customer Success for the Americas at Nozomi Networks. Ty also served as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Terminus.

In their earlier career, Ty held various roles at Jive Software, including Customer Success Director, Senior Customer Success Manager, Senior Technical Account Manager, and Technical Account Manager.
