Houssin Jaafour has worked in the hospitality industry since 2015, starting as a steward and earning a degree in Service a bord. From November 2017 to July 2018, Houssin worked as an order taker and waiter in room service at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. Later, Houssin joined NOZOMI in August 2018 as a waiter, eventually working up to Head Waiter. Currently, at NOZOMI since April 2021, Houssin holds the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Supervisor.
