Rafael Mayrink has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rafael started their career as an Account Manager at Draftfcb, where they managed advertising campaigns for clients such as FIAT Automobile and International Paper. Rafael then worked as a Marketing Analyst at Banco BMG, where they assisted in strategic communication planning and analyzed media planning and advertising contracts. After that, they became a Senior Account Manager at Solution Comunicação Estratégica, overseeing the Latam account for Localiza Rent a Car. Rafael was responsible for presenting advertising campaigns and managing the client's annual media strategic planning. Rafael also worked as a Marketing Manager at Newcorp, where they handled the promotion of insurance products and services. In addition, they had their own business, Mayrink - Soluções em Marketing, providing marketing consultancy services to companies. Rafael later became an Investor and Marketing Advisor at conta.MOBI, an awarded startup. In 2017, Rafael co-founded Kind Ads and served as its COO, focusing on launching a decentralized push notification network. Currently, they are the CEO of NP Digital and NPBR - Neil Patel Brasil, leading the company's operations in Brazil. Through their various roles, Rafael has acquired knowledge and skills in sales, finance, HR, and general management, allowing him to develop a holistic view and better organize companies.
Rafael Mayrink holds a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Social Communication from PUC Minas, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007. Rafael also pursued a degree in Strategic Marketing Management from Ibmec in the field of Marketing, where they studied from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, Rafael has obtained additional certifications, including the Digital On Board - Programa de Conselheiros from HSM (obtained year: 2023) and the Executive Program from SingularityU Brazil (obtained year: 2021).
