Victor Kim

Victor Kim has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Victor currently works at NP Digital as the Head of Revenue Operations for NP Accel, a position they started in January 2024. Prior to that, they were the Revenue Operations Manager at the same company from November 2020 to January 2024.

Before joining NP Digital, Victor worked at Afya Educacional as a Sales Strategy & Operations Coordinator from March 2020 to November 2020. During their time there, they were involved in structuring B2C sales strategies, optimizing Salesforce processes, building dashboards and reports, and improving sales processes based on data analysis.

Prior to Afya Educacional, Victor worked at Revelo, a leading HR tech company in Brazil. Victor held various roles at Revelo, including Sales Strategy & Operations from January 2019 to March 2020, New Product Development from August 2018 to January 2019, and Sales Development Representative from March 2018 to October 2018.

Victor also has experience at Worldpackers, where they worked as a Customer Success & Operations Manager from January 2016 to June 2017, and as a Customer Support Manager from March 2015 to January 2016. Worldpackers is an online platform that connects travelers with hosts for skill-exchange accommodations.

Throughout their career, Victor has gained extensive experience in revenue operations, sales strategy and operations, sales development, customer success, and customer support.

Victor Kim graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the School of Economics, Business and Accounting at the University of São Paulo in 2017.
