Nils Styf

Nils Styf is the Chief Executive Officer of Hemsö Fastighets AB since October 2016 and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at NP3 Fastigheter AB since May 2019, where Nils is also a member of the Audit Committee. Additional roles include being a member of the Board of Directors at Bonava and Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB since April and May 2022, respectively, with Audit Committee membership at Bonava. Nils has extensive experience in the real estate sector, having served as Chief Investment Officer at Citycon from April 2012 to September 2016, and held various investment and management positions at AREIM, Doughty Hanson, Deutsche Bank, and Merrill Lynch. Educational credentials include studies at the Stockholm School of Economics and participation in an exchange program at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
