Raquel Juarez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Raquel started their career in 2011 as a Clerical Specialist at St. Edward's University and later worked as a Research Assistant in the Psychology Department at The University of Texas at Austin. In 2013, they joined the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association, where they held positions such as Human Resources Associate, Human Resources Assistant, and eventually Human Resources Coordinator.

In 2016, Raquel served as the Co-VP of Technology at the Austin Human Resource Management Association (AHRMA) as a board member. Raquel then worked as a User Experience Designer for a brief period as a freelancer in web design and development.

In 2017, Raquel joined Volusion as a Web Design Intern and later transitioned into a full-time role as a Junior Web Designer. At Volusion, they handled client calls, created marketing material for social media platforms, and developed website designs.

After a sabbatical in 2019 to travel and update their skills, Raquel co-founded Vision & Craft Design in 2020. Raquel then moved to NPact in 2021, starting as a Website Designer and later taking on the role of Website Designer & Developer. Raquel'sresponsibilities at NPact included creating and managing websites for non-profit clients using FedWeb, a CMS designed for the non-profit sector. Raquel also worked with third-party developers, conducted design workshops, and developed custom-code designs. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Website Designer & Developer at NPact, where they are responsible for restructuring and redesigning the company's website and creating UX infrastructure. Additionally, they act as a consultant for NPact's partnership with Blackbaud in creating websites for non-profits on Blackbaud's white-label WordPress page-building software.

Raquel Juarez earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from St. Edward's University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Following their undergraduate education, Raquel enrolled in Springboard to pursue further studies in User Experience Design, but no specific start or end year for this program is available.
