WVU Panhellenic Vice President Of Inclusion at National Panhellenic Conference

Megan Frappier has a diverse work experience. Megan has worked as the WVU Panhellenic Vice President of Inclusion at the National Panhellenic Conference Inc., where they oversee member-fraternity programs and coordinates with other Greek Councils and organizations to create a more inclusive campus environment. Megan also served as the President of Peer Advocates at the West Virginia University Division of Diversity Equity and Inclusion, where they developed and implemented programs to promote healthy relationships and provide support to students affected by violence. Additionally, Megan worked at Delta Gamma as the Director of Social Awareness, where they educated chapter members on social etiquette and awareness and worked to foster a more inclusive environment for women. Prior to that, they worked at West Virginia University Campus Recreations as an Operations Supervisor and Member Services Assistant, managing facility operations and providing customer service. Megan has also worked as a Nanny and Babysitter, caring for children and maintaining open communication with parents. Megan also gained managerial experience at Sundaes-The Ice Cream Place, where they supervised employees and provided excellent customer service.

Megan Frappier's education history begins in 2017 when they attended Matawan Regional High School and obtained their High School Diploma. Megan then went on to attend West Virginia University from 2021 to 2025, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and Political Science.

In addition to their formal education, Megan has also obtained several certifications. In August 2021, they completed CPR/AED training for Professional Rescuers through the American Red Cross Training Services. Megan also completed Title IX training through West Virginia University in September 2021. In January 2023, Megan obtained certifications in Bloodborne Pathogens from The Occupational Health and Safety Administration and Naloxone Opioid Overdose Training from the West Virginia Drug Intervention Institute. Megan further expanded their CPR/AED skills by completing Professional Rescuers training again in August 2023, also through the American Red Cross Training Services.
