Stephanie Pommier has a diverse work experience in the nonprofit sector. Stephanie has served as the Vice President of Donor Relations at NPH USA since July 2021, where they are responsible for managing donor relationships. Prior to that, they worked as the Upper Midwest Regional Director at NPH USA from July 2016. Stephanie also held roles at Girl Scouts of Minnesota and Wisconsin River Valleys as the Vice President of Individual Giving/Alumnae Relations, where they managed a portfolio of benefactors and initiated successful fundraising campaigns. Stephanie also worked at The Humane Society of the United States as the Director of Philanthropy, overseeing major gift prospects and coordinating face-to-face meetings with donors. Stephanie's earlier experience includes working at the UofM College of Veterinary Medicine as a Development Officer, where they solicited major gifts and led a team in developing annual fund strategies. Stephanie began their career at the Girl Scout Council of St Croix Valley, where they held multiple roles and successfully raised funds through various strategies.

Stephanie Pommier has an extensive education history. Stephanie attended the College of Saint Benedict from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Leadership at Augsburg University, which they completed from 2000 to 2003. Stephanie then went on to further their education at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota from 2003 to 2010, where they were enrolled in the Doctor of Education program. Stephanie reached the ABD (All But Dissertation) stage of their studies and is on track to earn an EdD degree in the field of Education.
