Hans Kerstens

Hans Kerstens PhD is an experienced professional in the fields of physiotherapy and neurorehabilitation, currently serving as the Program Manager of CoE Sneller Herstel and a lecturer in physiotherapy at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen since 2013. Within the Nederlands Paramedisch Instituut, Hans has contributed as a lecturer in neurorehabilitation and as a member of the NPi expert group for stroke and neurorehabilitation, advising on recent developments in the field. Research work was conducted at Radboudumc, focusing on the development and evaluation of an online tool for monitoring spasticity from the patient’s perspective. Additionally, Hans has held various academic positions and tutorship roles at several institutions, including Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and Gondar University in Ethiopia. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Movement Sciences from Maastricht University and ongoing studies at SBO Studiecentrum voor Bedrijf en Overheid.
