Hope Escamilla

Hope Escamilla has over 20 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Hope began their career in 2001 as a Recruiter/SourceMatch Specialist at Stark/SourceMatch, where they managed the Candidate recruiting and assessments for the public sector. In 2014, they moved to XcpCnl Staffing as a Recruiting Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the recruitment team, and working closely with clients to understand and satisfy their needs. In 2017, they joined Charley's Concrete as a Recruiting Manager, where they were primarily responsible for sourcing, recruiting, hiring and tracking qualified CDL drivers, and performing various HR functions. Currently, they are a Human Resources Generalist at NPI.

Hope Escamilla attended Irving High School, and has obtained a Licensed Cosmetologist certification from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
