Jim Hussey

Jim Hussey has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Jim is currently serving as the SaaS Optimization & SAM Advisory Practice Lead at NPI since April 2019. In addition, they are the Lead Facilitator & Content Development for the Institute for the Advancement of SaaS Governance & Optimization Best Practices since September 2021.

Previously, Jim worked as the Executive-in-Residence at Global SRN (Founded at Duke University) from July 2018 to September 2020, where they chaired the Global SRN TPRM Sub-committee and conducted market surveys. From November 2013 to August 2017, they held the position of Vice President, Technology Vendor Management at Western Union, responsible for third party governance and vendor risk management.

Before that, Jim was the Global Lead - Transition Services at Information Services Group from October 2011 to November 2013, where they developed and delivered ADM, ITO, and BPO transition services. Jim also worked as the Director Transition Governance at Tata Consultancy Services in June 2011. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at TPI, including Director - ADM Transition Competency Lead and Project Director.

Jim has a strong background in SaaS management, vendor management, transition services, and global sourcing.

Jim Hussey received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing & Management from the University of Maine. No specific start or end date for their education was provided.
