James Pelletier

James Pelletier is an experienced executive with a strong background in manufacturing and software implementation within the industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at nPower Technologies since September 2024, James specializes in software solutions for additive manufacturing. Prior roles include President (retired) of ProfitKey International, where James now acts as an advisor, and Senior Internal Consultant at Backer Hotwatt, focusing on manufacturing software implementation and user training. James also held the position of General Manager at Green Mountain Taps, introducing new MRP software, and served as a Senior Consultant at ProfitKey ERP. Previous leadership experience includes serving as Chief Executive Officer at Lamson & Goodnow and COO at David Round. James's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Central New England College of Technology and an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Junior College.
