Bea Tassot

Bea Tassot is the Vice President of Field Operations and Military Programs at NPower. Prior to their current role, Bea was with Verizon Foundation where they served as the International strategy and programs lead. In this role, Bea was responsible for designing the Verizon Foundation international strategy, supporting program development, planning, organizing, implementation and evaluation of the programs, marketing efforts, and business plan implementation. Additionally, Bea developed and maintained Verizon Foundation's international portfolio with NGOs in partnership with Verizon's business units and sister companies.

Bea has been instrumental in advancing new and innovative philanthropy techniques for the use of Verizon's technology in solving societal issues abroad focusing on Healthcare and Education. In partnership with the Foundation CEO, Bea served as an external presence and spokesperson for the development and strengthening of all activities advancing Verizon's healthcare and international philanthropy. In their role, Bea managed the volunteerism of non-US based Verizon employees, aligning their outreach strategically and tactically to the overall mission of the Foundation. This work led to the growth and expansion of employee volunteerism outside the US.

Most recently, Bea has been working to revamp the military program initiative within the Verizon Foundation. This has included evaluating current programs in partnership with Human Resources, Government Affairs and the PR/Marketing team, as well as site visits to every program part of the current portfolio. As part of this work, Bea promotes and gives visibility to military initiatives internally and externally.

Bea Tassot has an MBA in Communications and PR from the Institut Superieur d'Interpretariat et de Traduction. Bea also has a Graduation from West Morris Central High School and a Baccalaureat in A3 from the Lycee Moliere. Bea is certified from Berlitz Worldwide as a Berlitz French and English Instructor.

They are on a team with Kim Mitchell - Vice President, Program Strategy, Robert Vaughn - Chief Innovation Officer, and Felecia Webb - Chief Development Officer. Bea Tassot reports to Bertina Ceccarelli, Chief Executive Officer.
